The Dozier Building Group (Devon Homes LLC, Dozier Homes Inc., First Dimension Homes Inc., Summer Homes Inc., Waldrop Partnership LLC, Westland Homes Inc., Diversified Shelter Group LTD, Dozier Properties LLC and Dozier Development Company LLC) has ceased operations effective May 31, 2011.

The decision to close after 30 plus years in the business has been a difficult one. Market conditions of the past four years have made it impossible for us to continue business.

If you have a purchase that is currently in progress, that purchase will be honored. There are limited homes available for sale.
